AFDC Internship Program provides valuable work experience while you continue your high education or prepare for life after graduation. As an intern at AFDC, you’ll be involved in exciting team projects with some of the most talented people in the environment, forestry, development and Conservation fields. Internships are available at AFDC head office in Jdiedeh and/or at the Mediterranean Forest Development and Conservation Center of Lebanon (MFDCL) in Ramlieh-Aley. The program is open to both undergraduate and master’s-level as well as Ph.D. students.
What We’re Looking For
AFDC has opportunities for Environmental Management, Development and Management of Natural Resources, Agriculture, Geography and other relevant majors, but we also have opportunities for marketing, business, education and social science majors. The most successful interns will have a strong desire to produce quality work and achieve great results. We seek students who excel at working on individual projects as well as collaborating in a team environment.
What You’ll Gain

An internship is also a great opportunity to network with students and professionals from across Lebanon whether working together on a team project or through planned activities. Also, an intern will have the opportunity to be acknowledged in different publications of AFDC.
